Marcy Drummy, LPC

Marcy Drummy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and former educator with many years of experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.  She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology as well as teaching certification at UW-Milwaukee.  After working several years within the Milwaukee Public School system, Marcy returned to Concordia University Wisconsin to obtain her MS degree in Professional Counseling.


Marcy believes that building rapport with clients is essential to the therapeutic process and facilitates sessions in a supportive and nonjudgmental fashion.  Marcy is trained in Motivational Interviewing and utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused practices to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes with her clients.  At Comprehensive Counseling, Marcy specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.


In addition to her work with Comprehensive Counseling Services, Marcy currently works as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the Department of Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, to assist individuals with disabilities obtain long-term employment, independence, and self-sufficiency.
